Recently, Troop 11 went to Blue Springs, Alabama. First, we got there and decided that we would hike before swimming.
We started down the beautiful 2.1 mile path and had some different conversations. When we got back to the springs, we were exited to feel some cold, refreshing water.
It turns out, the water was much colder than expected. One might describe it as “The Icebox of Iceboxes”. Still, we were greatful to swim in the clear, clean, and sparkling water of Blue Springs.
We stayed and played in the water for multiple hours and had a great time. Once everyone was ready to go, we said goodbye to the beautiful waters of Blue Springs, Alabama.
